Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the WebLynx website. By browsing the site, submitting the contact form, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to them.
Who these terms are with
“We”, “us” and “WebLynx” refer to the studio operating this website from Houston, TX. “You” refers to anyone using the site.
Using this site
You may browse this site and use its forms for genuine enquiries about our services. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or automated form submissions.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or its data.
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial parts of the site without our written permission.
- Use the site in a way that disrupts it for other visitors, or breaks the law.
We may suspend or block access to the site where we reasonably believe it is being misused.
Enquiries, quotes, and engagements
Nothing on this site is an offer to enter into a contract. Prices, budget ranges, and timelines shown here are indicative only. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or contract) signed by both parties. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement takes precedence for that engagement.
Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship, and we may decline any enquiry.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including copy, design, code, graphics, logos, and case study material, belongs to WebLynx or to the clients and licensors we credit, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the site, and quote short extracts with attribution. Any other reuse needs our written permission.
If you send us ideas, feedback, or material through this site, you give us permission to use it to respond to you and to improve our services. Do not send us anything confidential before we have a written agreement in place.
Third-party links and services
This site links to and embeds third-party services, including a Calendly scheduling widget. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, why, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it. It forms part of these terms.
Disclaimers
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Articles, guides, and case studies on this site are general information, not professional advice for your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and WebLynx agree that any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and both of us submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and our services change. The version published here is the one that applies, and we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page when we make a change.
